1. THINK OF THE END GOAL

No matter what we do in our day-to-day life, we always keep an end goal in our mind to get that result.

And in the process of doing all work to achieve our goals, we often tend to forget what our end goal is or we get lost in the details of things.

It’s time to get out of these unnecessary details of whatever you are doing and start re-imagining the end picture (the end goal) that you started with.

It will keep you motivated by reminding yourself of that end goal or result that you want.

For example, if you start learning a language and after some time you lose the motivation to continue then you have to remind yourself why did you start in the first place and what was your end goal.

If your end goal was to be able to speak that language and understand that and communicate with its native speakers then you will be able to continue.

Because you are clear about what you are doing, you have an end goal and picture in your mind.

So when you feel unmotivated or want to stay motivated, you should think of the end goal of it.

2. REWARD YOURSELF

We deserve a reward if we achieve something in life whether a small thing or a big thing.

If you take care of your health and fitness by going gym and doing exercises, running and walking every day.

Then you deserve to give yourself a reward to keep doing and continue your progress.

You can reward yourself with your favourite food, travel, movie, dress or anything you like.

Thus this will help you be excited and motivated to continue doing that thing whether it is health and fitness, education, mental health or any productive work that you are doing.

So reward yourself for the achievement that you bring with you.

I always reward myself with anything I like when I achieve something and this rewarding habit has helped me build a successful and goal-oriented mindset.

3. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Keep track of whatever you are doing. If you know what you are doing and are aware of what you have done in the past then it’s not easy to lose your vision.

Use many sources and tools and things to keep track of whatever you are doing. Whether it’s your studies and education, business, writing a book or anything.

If you have a goal and deadline on your calendar then it’s effortless to stay focused and motivated.

Have eyes on your goals and track your progress.

If you are in the middle of achieving something and feeling to quit but you have a progress report of how far you have come then you will not lose the motivation to continue.

So do this to motivate yourself and keep going.
