Nice article Matt. And I completely agree. I have a strong background doing quantitative research (I come from the Ad-Tech industry) and I always had this feeling that I wasn’t listening to the user.

I´m now facing a different role in Fin-Tech and I´m trying to apply a service blueprint or journey map, and I think it´s the perfect match for big-data lifters lovers like myself: measure everything with a qualitative perspective in it.
