In the current globalized state of the world organizations are becoming more and more prevalent. From large corporations to small grass roots campaigns or neighborhood charities, it is hard to go a day without some interaction with an organization.

Organizations of all sizes rely on communication to accomplish tasks, amongst other objectives. An organization absent of communication lacks direction and purpose and flounders in terms of its effectiveness.

With such an interdependent relationship, it is also important to look at what factors pose a challenge to organizational communication.
