Ingredients:

  • Fish (3 pao)
  • Cooking Oil 1 Bowl / Cup
  • Spices — Masala
  • 2 tspn Laal Mirch
  • 1 tspn Haldi
  • 2 tspn Dhanya Powder
  • 1 tspn Namak / Salt
  • Imli as per taste
  • Kadi Patha 10–12
  • Vegetable Paste
  • 3 Piyaaz / Onion
  • 5 Tomatoe
  • 2 Gaddi Dhanya
  • 3 Gaddi Methi (choti wali)
  • 1 jhavn Lehsun
  • & Hari Mirch as per taste

How to Cook Fish Curry — Machli Ka Salan kaise banaty hain? Recipe:

First grind all the vegetable paste as mentioned in the ingredients.

Take 2–4 tspn or 1 bowl / cup cooking oil in the pan, then add curry leaf into the hot oil and let it get warm to taste.

Then add the vegetable paste into the pan and mix it well and let it get brown, or wait until it gets dry to an extent. But mix it until than.

Then add the spices as mentiond in the ingredients section.

Mix well and let it get brown and wait until oil gets freed from the paste.

Then add the fish and mix it with the masala paste that we have made.

Than add Tamarind (imli) paste into the pan and fry for 1 minute.

Then add two glass of water and mix it well, close the pan and slow down the fire. and wait till the oil from the fish curry gets out and set free.

Serve the dish now.
