No problem.
I’ve managed to salvage mine by getting a couple of ice lolly sticks and making a splint out of them, then taping that around the headband. Can’t really afford to buy a new pair (probably of Sennheisers after this), so although this is less than satisfactory, least of all from Sony, it’s an acceptable DIY workaround.
The splint limits the movement of the arm of the headband, but so long as you make sure you know how you like to wear them, you can negate the downside of that. It has, however, completely stabilised the headphone due to the fact that the design/manufacturing fault allows the pressure to build and disperse forcing the headphone to move outwards.
A real shame, since these are basically my perfect headphones.
