For a delightful antidote to such mismanagement examples, I recommend reading the 2016 book, “The Leadership Crisis” by John A. Allison, former CEO of BB&T (for 20 years).
He started as a bank teller, spent 40 years there, with the last 20 as CEO. He led BB&T through growth of 100 times with acquisitions, employee and customer respect and thereby loyalty.
