Double Ignorance

I was not a face in a crowd but behind the closed door in the Sanctum of Headquarters.

What we discussed was confidential and was disclosed to the public carefully measured.

Unlike those who scream at rallies or march until their feet bleed supporting a Politician or Cause, knowing nothing at all, we knew.

In every organisation there are those behind closed doors and those on the street. Unless you are behind those doors you don’t know the why or what or how… you only know the official version.

EXAMPLE

Over a decade ago, a military incursion was launched into a particular constituency because U.S. wanted a man called ‘Dudus’.

Those at the top knew Dudus had left the area, but said nothing, letting the military invade and execute.

Those in opposition were contacted and advised that those who had authorised the incursion would be removed from office.

This information was confidential.

Mindless supporters of the Party were loudly voicing their agreement. They knew nothing about the Party they supported, nor its decision to oust the leader. The certainty they expressed was hysterically funny, but I said nothing.

The next day their leader resigned.

IN AMERICA

On January 6th Donald Trump sent his supporters to attack the Capitol building during a sitting of Congress.

Trump sent his minions, expecting them to be killed. He would use their ‘murders’ to destroy Biden’s presidency. He was security forces would respond to the insurrection and watched the proceedings from a safe distance.

The plan of having his supporters attack and Capitol and be killed was uncovered. The security forces stood down. The world watched Trump’s followers smash and steal.

Trump was enraged that his followers weren’t killed. As it destroyed his plans. His mindless minions did not, and to this day, do not realise that they were sent to die.

And can be sent again.
