I worked construction for 20+ years and never understood how people can defend behavior like that of Chuck Wolfe. Everyone goes to work to support themselves or a family and just wants to do that. As a supervisor it is your job to complete the project in the best environment possible. There is no place for Mr. Wolfe’s behavior and it shows what a unprofessional company Boh Brothers is. If I was Mr. Wolfe’s supervisor I would wonder why he has so much extra time on his hands to act like such a jackass. Mr. Wolfe needs to get to work and stop screwing around on the job.

On another note defending this behavior like it is just boys being boys suggest all males construction workers operate in such a disgusting fashion. Some of us carry ourselves with dignity and despise people like Mr. Wolfe. Quit defending his behavior like it is good to do. Mr. Wolfe should have been fired and a more professional person installed to supervise the project.
