Moovit Accessability Features — Part 2

Our journey to make Moovit more accessabilie for users with disabilities began over a year ago. I’ve written about the first chapter in details in Part 1.

Since then we’ve broadend and put accessability a core part of our product roadmap. Every product feature that gets released is not only localized to 43 languages for those who can see / read, but it is also properly marked and implemented for VoiceOver / TalkBack for those who can not see.

Nowadays Moovit has different features & capabilities that assist millions of users around the world who have:

  • Visual Impairment
  • Hand Motor Impairments
  • Ambulatory Impairments

Recently I was invited by TFL (Transport for London) to speak at the 2017 TFL Accessability Summit, held at their headquarters in London, and share our experience. Here are the slides.
