This is interesting. We’re not seeing many briefs being written when it comes to solving big problems. Instead we’re seeing lots of failed attempts by jumping to solutioning, and then digressing into needs for training to get it right the next time.

Otherwise, starting points (or blocks) we see companies remaining stuck in is trying to prioritize and validate a problem is worth solving.

All this to say, a brief that defines the challenge is something we typically need to help a company arrive at — what kinds of companies are you seeing already having a brief, Dan and how did they get to that point?
