I agree with the author and wonder if there is another idea to write about. One understanding I learned about my breakfast habits after receiving results from food sensitivity screening my functional medicine doctor ordered for me; foods affect individuals differently and one person’s diet may not work for others. I like eating eggs, but always experience an energy lull after eating them. My food sensitivity lab results showed my body has a high inflammatory response to egg consumption. I had high inflammatory responses to foods that I eat very regularly including avocado, eggs, wheat products and peanuts. The point of my post here is an interest in understanding the value of a varied diet based on the individual.
