REIA Groups

Important for real estate investors?

Events like this are why a REIA group like DIG is great for real estate investors — both new or experienced. There aren’t many fields where people will share what they are doing to succeed, or offer to help you without a clean ‘what’s-in-it-for-me’.

So join your local REIA group and go to the meetings. And talk to people, don’t just sit there texting! You are NOT Paris Hilton and your investing career is not a nightclub. The following is an email from Bill Kratz regarding the meeting he is running.

to DIG

Hello everyone,

I promise that this Thursday is a DO NOT MISS meeting and one you should try to attend at all costs! I hear the following comments all the time from many of our members and others in my sphere of influence:

- “I’m always hearing more experienced investors BRAG about the HOME RUN deal they just purchased!! Where can I find a deal like that?”

- All experienced investors ask one another….”Where did you find that deal?” (like spies fishing for info that they can implement!)

- “I’m tired of getting outbid on all these stinking MLS REO Properties!!”

These are just a few of the many comments I hear on a weekly basis and this week we will uncover the “TOP SECRET” marketing methods that successful investors are using to get the BEST deals today! Honestly, there is no secret but alot of you think that there is. We have assembled a special panel of 3 DIG members that have a wealth of information on effective marketing for real estate investors. Best part is that they are willing to share all of their “TOP SECRET STRATEGIES” with you. BUT ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT!! I’m serious…You must attend this meeting. Bring a notepad. Bring your questions. We will address them all. The panel members will NOT withhold any secrets….

Hope to see you there.
