The Truly Anonymous, Bitcoin Incognito

Don’t get me wrong, Bitcoin was originally designed to be anonymous, but it wasn’t as anonymous as we had all thought and expected. Bitcoin was based on more of a pseudonymous privacy, almost like writing a book under a different name. It’s technically anonymous, but once someone creates one link to you, all your secrets are uncovered and all of your transaction history can be traced back to you.

Bitcoin Incognito aims to fix Bitcoins flaws in anonymity. BTCi is a POS and masternode coin. BTCi becomes truly anonymous in its Zerocoin protocol. The Zerocoin protocol converts publicly visible BTCi into fully anonymous zBTCi, when a user sends zBTCi, it appears as normal BTCi to the recipient’s wallet, but without history of where it came from. Not only does BTCi improve on BTC’s anonymity but transactions are also faster and fees are a lot cheaper thanks to SwiftTX.

The BTCi team also plans to add a governance system which makes it a lot easier for the developers to listen to the feedback of the community, improving the longevity and overall quality of the coin. And last but not least, in quarter 4 of 2018 they plan to release a BTCi powered digital asset exchange, which i’d imagine is going to be pretty crazy given that there’s going to be almost no records of transactions
