I’d like to add my voice to what seems to be an overwhelming number of folks who were displeased with this decision. I will definitely NOT be renewing my A-List membership. Your logic for removing visitors is just flawed. THAT FUNCTIONALITY ALREADY EXISTED. If people didn’t want others to know they visited, they could just turn it off with the understanding that they couldn’t see who visited them. If you wanted to be able to see visits, and selectively reveal a visit to someone, then you paid for A-List.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sent a woman a message that went unread, or that went unanswered, and after visiting her, the message would get read, or I’d get a response. It was an extremely useful feature in that regard. Here’s what most guys are probably going to do now…

“Hey… did you read my message, did you read my message, I’m still waiting for a response, hello…”

Of course this already happens, but now I suspect it will be amplified. It’s a system that rewards jerks which will further degrade the signal to noise ratio for women, and make it even more difficult for the nice guys to get their messages seen.

Unless you come up with some pretty compelling A-List features, or unless you reduce the price significantly, I can’t see myself renewing my membership.
