✒️ Write it anyway

I got so excited that one of my pieces had a lot of attention, that excitement quickly turned to fear. Fear of my next piece not being good enough, fear that nobody would have any interest in my pieces that were from a different perspective. I’m over that now, because the truth is I write to keep myself sane. I write to release things trapped in me. I am happy if others enjoy what I write, but I’m also happy just to get the words out.

A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?
