Leading Principles From National Geographic

  1. Lead with the visuals (Nothing works better than a big and powerful image to get people to stop and interact)
  2. Relevant and timely content will always win the day
  3. Invest in the storytelling and storytellers (Scientist, photographers, etc.)
  4. Meet consumers where they live
  5. Be Flexible and adaptive (Pioneer new forms of storytelling)
  6. Lean into your purpose
