I just learned to cook for myself. Gave up the easy food and made it myself. Looked at my family that ate everything put in front of them and decided to put down the fork. I’m not svelte by any means, but I did have to add a notch to me belt. Now I eat when I’m really hungry, not because it’s time to eat. I take a few bites and stop. I eat slowly, not to eat everything on the plate, just til i’m satisfied . I’m not trying to lose weight, I’m just losing weight, because.
