Bride/corporate businessperson here. Brides come in all types — many lean towards totally unfussy/1 email/that sounds fine. They deserve a different price point than 100 emails/wrong shade of pink. It strikes me that a lot of vendors price all of their services the same when there are wildly different levels of service provided. Don’t be afraid to segment your customers and price accordingly! I’ll be less likely to shop around then :)
