I tend to agree Cook. Tend to agree. BTW, I must get your opinion on the second season of Chef’s Table or third season of Mind of a Chef one of these days, if you’re into either of those. I love food and I love watching shows about food, just not the competition shows. I’m assuming though, that you do too, maybe you don’t. My brother used to be a line cook at The Mansions, which is this snazzy Dallas establishment that I could never in a million years afford to eat in, under chef Bruno Davaillon, who I believe has, or had, one Michelin star. Now, my brother is using his food science degree instead of cooking, because he says it’s a hard life. Long hours, low pay, kind of all-encompassing, not a great work-life balance. He still makes a mean stuffed porkchop though.
