You are a good guy Lon Shapiro. I don’t take back my original comment, because my word vomit was mostly just directed at “people who blame millennials for things,” and I like that it exists out in the ether as my response to that. I snapped. I had a moment. It’s over now. You’re obviously not who I should have directed it at, and I apologize if you felt attacked in any way by my depressed, angry, and slightly apathetic comment. I pointed out to others that I was not trying to start anything.

I think the thing that got to me, is that I have seen you say things like “millennials need to do [xyz things],” mostly about voting. If I turn down the little voice in my head dialed up to 11 that’s shouting “DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO”, then I agree with you, millennials need to turn out to vote. We don’t do that in large numbers. I just think it’s an easy jump from there to say, “Well, if we get president Trump, it’s your fault millennials!” Which is a thought I rage against.
