Indeed. I don’t know if I’d try to use Redux without react-redux. The heavy lifting is mostly already done, once you internalize what connect(props, actions)(App) actually does.
Plus testing pure reducers is a simple affair and separation of concerns makes testing components easier.
I just implemented a component and added simple pagination to it. Not sure how I’m going to add robust unit testing for it. I could get better testing coverage if I’d used Redux in my application instead.
