I’m confused about something. You linked to Google’s diversity numbers which show 61% of their employees are white. But…that’s actually a smaller percentage than what white people make up in the US. Then you go on to characterize it as “white guys in hoodies pitching other white guys in hoodies”, when based on Google’s data, the only group that is over-represented is Asians. And they are in fact significantly over represented. But why are you pointing at white people when they’re actually not out of proportion at all?
