4 Dangerous Effects of Overthinking

Our brain is an excellent tool, but what if it starts to work against us?

We, humans, are gifted with an intelligence that is superior to all other beings, and that is what led us to where we are today, with all of our human inventions: cars, houses, electronics, literature, and so on.

But what if your brain stops being a utility and starts using you? What if your brain keeps taking away your energy on producing unnecessary thoughts and emotions?

In this article, I will be sharing with you four dangerous effects of overthinking and what methods I used to overcome them:

Anxiety

To understand this one, we first have to understand what thoughts do. Your thought creates emotions of fear, anger, happiness, or excitement. Extremely anxious people are, in fact, overthinkers.

They create so many scenarios on what is going to happen in their brains. It is easy to be plagued with negative emotions like fear, worry, and stress by overthinking on a certain matter.
