How to kill your credibility as a writer…
Linda Caroll

Perhaps the most dangerous generalizations are those we perform unconsciously, the ones so ingrained they fail to appear on our forward-looking radar. One of the things I love about is how the diversity of viewpoint and worldview can fact check my personal reality. I can’t count the number of times an insightful story here has let the air out of one of my pretensions or my unconscious prejudices. Thank you for opening this discussion.

Regarding listicles, however, I find it difficult to grant exceptions to my blanket condemnation, even when I use them! They are the barnacles on the ship of my Internet world.

That being said, Ms Caroll: is it a bad thing if I’ve discovered a mass or lumping in my listicles?
