An important topic for each of us to Consider.

I get and agree with the main point (to me at least) that there is a point of diminishing returns — when switching gears makes good sense. I’m still Considering the impact of the choice to ‘chill out’ vs. switching to some other ‘meaty’ / important task…

But I’m not getting the intent of ‘empty’ compared to ‘dry’ as they apply to this post!
