I guess the multitasking is a way of procrastinating over a pace of single-taskig that requires encountering more problems over a certain time than switching to pleasurable tasks once in a while like a multi-tasker.

So, I guess the more you know what you are doing, what you want and how to achieve it, the easier it becomes to stay focused and actually be a single-tasker.
