Getting lost in the media

There is so much content available from a phone or computer that it is easy to “get lost” in it. Each content delivery service promises it will give you only content in which you have expressed an interest. Doesn’t happen. You end up with mish mash and, though some of it (OK, a lot of it) is of interest and interesting, it’s easy to get involved with one thing after another, and lose focus on that which initially drew your attention.
