so beautifully spoken and well-thought-out and perfectly described. obviously we are different humans so you were describing your illness in this, but i related to insane ends. the odd thing is i have borderline, not bipolar, but i am so familiar with how you explained your obsession of mania and hatred of depression, and wanting people to understand if it was that easy to be rid of, OBVIOUSLY we wouldn’t have it — and trained doctors and psychologists, even neurotypical ones, never would’ve coined it a f***ing SICKNESS. i’m currently treating my ever-changing, several illnesses as well and i don’t have a happy ending yet either. i’m on the path to a revolution over my mind and the spirits of people like you are what i’m taking with me to fight, in hopes you can all feel the sync too and utilize it. i admire you sharing such intimate mental details as it’s what we need to wage this [positive] war on stigma and miseducation of mental illness. keep on keepin on
