The world of electric vehicles is ever-expanding, and we are constantly seeing new and exciting models hit the market. However, few are as unique as the Luvly O, a new electric city car being developed in Sweden. The brainchild of Håkan Lutz, this light urban vehicle is a breath of fresh air in an industry that tends to focus on range and power above all else.
