5 things you have to do if you are planning to create and in-house Graphic Design and/or Creative department within your business:

1. Define what is the objective of creating the internal department of Graphic Design.

2. Hire an Art Director or Head of Design and let him form the team.

3. Keep record of applications, projects, schedules and work done with the costs they represent in the market.

4. Make the team your brand guide specialists or work closely with the person who manages these aspects in the company.

5. Define goals at the beginning of each fiscal year or period, and review them afterwards.
