I recently switched from getting up at 7h15 to 6h45 to go and feed my friend’s cat before work while he was on holidays. 2 weeks so I decided to keep the new waking time and I’m enjoying it. I arrive the office earlier and I already thought my most productive time was in the morning now I feel it even more. Have been on my mind for a while make it 6am and get back into running but didn’t had the courage yet. In the evenings I feel the same I have not enough time feeling and always wondered if it would work in the morning. Thanks to your article will try it tomorrow it motivated me to change a little bit more.
