Only time will tell whether developers can begin to understand 11 lines of code. I think most of them are smarter than you think. If it scares you, just stick with vanilla JS and don’t bother learning any framework because all of them have a significant learning curve.
The imports are auto generated by TS/VS Code, didn’t have to type any of those. The view also includes hot module reload and a page wrapper, so it’s not ‘just a label’. As your application gets bigger, you’ll generally keep the same amount of overhead which is why Hello World examples are generally the worst ones.
