I definitely think any of Margaret Wheatley’s books hold value given their perspectives on organizational life, change management, and the like. And I think it always is helpful to read at least one book on leadership steeped in a cultural perspective not reflective of one’s own race or ethnicity. In my own reading, I find books that are compilations of essays from diverse voices to be an easy way to broaden my understanding quickly.
