Wow.. your story about the idiot on the train was sad; but the comments that prompted you to write this were just flat out depressing. Some people are great at what they do and become great leaders, others… not so much.

I’ve never paid much attention to things like gender, age or educational background but instead what can that person do, do they inspire me, are they exceptional! I hope that’s more true than not, especially when it comes to VC’s etc.

I’d venture to guess that not a single one of the nimrods who commented (or the person on the train) would offer any level of inspiration to anybody but themselves.
