Beef Exports a Raw Deal for Global Climate
Stephanie Feldstein

Beef is the most environmentally and ecologically harmful food you can eat. My wife and I simply boycott it, and that’s the best thing you can do regarding eating. But overeating ANY meat is also very environmentally and ecologically harmful. People can get all the protein they need from plants, which is a much more environmentally and ecologically friendly way to eat. We only need to eat meat once in awhile (about once/month) in order to get vitamin B-12, and the most ecologically friendly meat to eat is wild meat, like wild fish and seafood that’s sustainably caught. Whatever you do, don’t eat beef!
