Let’s start with eliminating dairy altogether. Sure, we’re not going to do that overnight, or even in our lifetimes, but that should be the goal. Not only is dairy environmentally and ecologically harmful, it’s neither healthy nor necessary. Almost everyone loves pizza and ice cream, but can you please give them up for the sake of our planet? And that goes for cheese, too. And the milk that badly misinformed parents give their children after they’re weaned. Etc.
