If Amnesty International were “tools of the oligarchic machine” they wouldn’t have published this letter in which its executive director complained of Bush’s “opportunistic manipulation of the human rights movement” which AI posted one week after Bush attempted to use them to buttress his argument for the Gulf War. They issued a strong retraction of the Nayriah testimony while the war was still being fought, which they would certainly not have done had there been any sort of collusion.

Speaking of collusion, congratulations: by pulling out a flimsy 26-year-old case as evidence against Amnesty International I am now convinced that you’re either a paid shill for an organization supporting Assad and Putin or you’re stupider than I thought, because you’re giving them a lot of quality propaganda for free.
