The knives are being made in Guangzhou, China. One other thing that interested me is that there doesn’t appear to be a knifemaker to be found anywhere in this group. You can get a knife made in the USA from AEB-L, a better steel for kitchen knives at 60.5–61 Rc hardness with the 15 degree edged and designed by knife guys for about $10 more.
