A New Startup Wants to Make Your Milk “Perfect”
Janay Laing

I totally sympathize with wanting to get rid of factory farms and agree that milk produced by them is probably not healthy. However, this fabricated milk is an industrialized, man-made food product — it’s another of the great ills of our society. One of the main problems with this is that we don’t really know all the compounds in milk and understand their effects on the human body. Nutrition scientists learn about something new every few years and suddenly that ingredient appears on all packages — antioxidants! omega-3 fatty acids! They are just scraping the tip of the iceberg when it comes to food. Milk comes from cows, not factories.
