I’m generally a lazy person, but I Get Shit Done! Ya Get Shit Done! It’s no secret, all I did was to ask myself how to get it done faster, more accurate and create VALUE to my time.

- Google search like a pro, not surprising that many people can’t google for nuts, I have made it a required skill when I hire new people. E.g. Last week, there was a triple play project, the only play I knew was foul play, google made me a pro in 10mins! Read here for more details.
- Ask questions, with your newly found knowledge, I turn to Quora for crowdsource information. This will allows you to bring other prospective to the workplace, allowing you to become a subject matter expert.
- Crowdsource your “JOB” , when you are issued a task, ask yourself this simple questions? Is it worth my time? Can I delegate to someone do it for me?
I have used Odesk to get people to do simple administrative task done. Data collect, administrate, conversion..etc. for average SGD$3/hr. Main thing is to understand what is your time worth and can someone do it cheaper.
