I question the 240 tons of carbon dioxide capture per year figure.

This would yield about 100 tons of carbon a year, about the weight of 10 trees or more than 100 cubic meters of organic material.

If this is correct, which I doubt, where does all this mass go every year? Is it trimmed? Where does the trimmed carbon end up?
