Writing and photography are my top two creative outlets. Regardless of the mood at the moment I can turn to these for a pick-me-up. Creative activities can be a great way to improve your mental health and well-being. From art therapy and music therapy to writing, crafting, and photography — there are numerous ways to express yourself creatively and tap into that inner spark of inspiration. Even if you feel like you’re not producing “perfect” work, don’t be afraid to experiment or make mistakes. These activities are meant to bring you joy and peace of mind; the results may vary, but the process should remain fun and rewarding.
