God be thanked for books

They are the voices between the distant and the dead

With words beyond what man can read

Scribbled from papyrus to paper for generations to see

Scripted for man use in the time of need

Sometimes abused and used in name of greed

But all in all,our goal is achieved with much creed

Though our skin doth bleed

We remember the ancient mentors who fought for our rights and its decree
