Teamwork : A key to success

“Mass adaption” is the word we always hear, see or read in any whitepaper released by the company that involve cryptocurrency. Elrond is on way to achieved mass adaption; they start the program last March 2019 where they first introduced the Social Mining Platform made by DaoMaker. Further improvements, research and study, the Elrond Community platform relaunched last July 2017, with around 260 community members on its 1st wave. Since then the community continue to grow and now have 14,198 Total active users.

How to accomplish our goals for mass adaption?

  1. Raise awareness about the Elrond technology.
  2. Educate people about the Elrond Ecosystem.
  3. When they are educated and aware about Elrond technology and ecosystem, now speed up of the development with the help of the community will come in.

With proper guidance of the core team hidden talents and skills of the community come out. In Elrond community we value everyone effort, suggestion, comments that will help to achieve our goals. In Elrond we share our knowledge to everyone, we help each other for one common goal to become Elrond the first Fast, Secure and friendly blockchain that can operate in any chain. What special about Elrond community? “TEAM WORK” One example for that is The Battle of the Nodes. I also question is why battle of the nodes? when everyone is helping each other to run the node and complete all the mission. Crazy right? I also amaze how the team handle the community they are so very approachable in many ways that we can’t see in any other projects I know I’m not the only one notice this but the whole Elrond community, you can ask everything that you want to know and they answer it with accurately in pleasing way unlike others they just answered “ see pinned msg”.Investing in technology, like hardware machine and software is a must, but we also to consider to invest to the people that will used the technology, Educate them how your technology works, how your machine works, how your software works. Just like how Elrond continue to educate its community. Another to consider is the language barrier, many of us is not familiar on foreign languages that we don’t used locally this is one of the gaps to achieve mass adaption. In Elrond we translate all the documents in almost 30 major languages, we want to know the world what Elrond really means, in terms of technology, community and its use cases.

I want also to encourage the community to make their own groups on their environment and spread what we learned about Elrond, maybe quizzes on telegram, twitter campaign to energize the community will do, locally meet ups sponsored by the team :), giving some Elrond merchandises in exchange for their coming and participating in the events. We all know that Elrond has very unique technology to offer. As a community we need to do our part to continue to support the project, continue participate on the test net, campaign and in any other form of engagement. If we don’t understand specific terms we need to ask, we should know every details about the project, improving our self will help the company in the long term, so as the company grows the knowledge of the community need to grow, especially that we are on the fast facing technology that every single day is evolving, we need to go out to our comport zone. So, we want all mass adaption?, we can do this if we have the right technology, community that understand how the underlying technology works. Elrond has it, they have the technology and they have huge support from the talented community. Success is not achievable in a blink of an eye we need to work for it, we need to continue the good things we’re doing and continue moving forward.
