We really just want to get stuff done. So we try to avoid hour-long meetings and instead opt for 15–20 minute “huddles” that focus on developing an idea and figuring out how to make it happen. The best way to innovate is to experiment.

Social media provides an opportunity for rapid feedback on experiments that has not existed until this point in history.

Before, we had to wait days or weeks or even months for the data to understand how people respond to our content ideas. And even then it was often expensive and difficult to mine that data.

This is a dramatic change.
