One of the major issues in the current presidential campaign is the extent to which free trade agreements have driven jobs either overseas or south of the border. I don’t see how AVs are any different in this respect. Yes, they will inevitably eliminate jobs, but as has been the case in the past, a host of new careers will be created to replace them (in most cases).
