Incredibly spot on. I don’t think I’ve yet read as open and vulnerable a description of how intertwined male and female shame around sexuality are in our culture. I think you have great insight into the male psyche, but rather than stopping at blaming men for how they impact your own psyche, you acknowledge the underlying causes and perhaps even touch on the cyclical nature of the disconnect between sexes. Haven’t seen anything as nuanced on the topic, so thank you for sharing.
