This is such a great prompt, Lauri! I enjoyed reading about your initial inspirations and journey - it makes me think fondly of mine. At the moment my collection of early images (all on film) are hidden in my parent's basement on the other side of the country.

I'm bookmarking this prompt though, and will perhaps do two parts - one of my digital beginnings, and one of film.
