This is a copy of a letter that I sent to Godaddy CEO

For your information, what I am about to tell you is my experience with the crappy service that the Security People of Godaddy.com provided. I have several websites with this company, well one of my websites was SPOOFED, I provided all information about what happened to me. I also gave them the information that was provided to me by Enom and Hostgator. Their security personnel along with my own investigation trace the perpetrator back to godaddy.com I follow all of their instructions and now we are going on the fifth day and all I received from them is a automatic response email and the fact that they need more information. It appeared they did not read the email, all the information is there. Oh and by the way I went back to trace this group and they are now covering their tracks. By the way I went to you Facebook account and I suggested to anyone who have a business or personal website should reconsider on leaving your company. Today is Tuesday I started sending emails and tracing the culprits last Saturday. I am thinking on calling the tv stations here to inform everyone of the crappy service that your company has provided. Remember all of this is happening while some individual poses as your company and scams who knows how many people while your security people drag their feet… By the time that you follow through our company reputation will be worthless. I truly believe they do not know what their doing or simply they don’t give a rats behind. As soon as my websites come for renewal I will be moving them to some where else. I will be telling all my clients to do the same.
