Cooking With Thrashin’ Jack Presents: Granola

Thrashin' Jack's Granola

Lightly coat peanuts with oil and roast for twenty minutes at 325, stirring once.
Lightly coast slivered almonds with oil and roast for twelve minutes at 325, stirring once.

In large roasting pan, combine peanuts and almonds with oats, slivered coconut, a bit of oil and a glop of honey. Add a bit of cinnamon if you like.
Stir together with a large spoon (or with your feet like Thrashin' Jack).

Roast for thirty minutes at 325, stirring twice.
Cool.
